| Palace Amusements opened in 1888 and featured a carousel with beautiful hand-carved figures.
A steam-powered ferris wheel arrived in 1895.
It was later converted to electric power in the 1920's.
Bumper cars and a funhouse was added in 1956 as were the exterior paintings and neon sineage.
